Role Overview
- As a key Growth Manager in our dynamic team based in Dubai, you'll thrive in an ONSITE environment where your drive for results and leadership in scaling revenue operations is vital to our continued success.
- Your impact will be defined by hiring and training SDRs and BDRs, leading them to exceed targets while also personally driving deals to closure in a fast-paced, ambitious organization.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to build a high-performing sales engine.
- Mentor, coach, and monitor SDRs and BDRs to maximize productivity, foster career growth, and ensure target achievement.
- Execute and oversee outbound prospecting and lead qualification strategies.
- Develop, track, and analyze key performance metrics for the sales pipeline.
- Personally manage and close strategic deals as part of the growth leadership team.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
Must have requirements
- Proven ability to hire and train SDR/BDR teams and drive their performance.
- Experience in closing complex deals in a B2B or high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have requirements
- Previous experience building and leading SDR/BDR teams within a SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven company.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing effective GTM strategies.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as CRM software, sales automation, and reporting platforms.
- Background in operating within the MENA region.
