Founder's Office - Account Executive - HR Tech - B2B SaaS
Amman, Jordan
Full timeRemote
Job description
We're looking for an Account Executive who knows how to close and wants to build. Whitecarrot is a leading AI recruitment platform in the region, based in Dubai and used by 1000+ hiring professionals across the Gulf, India, and Singapore, with plans to go global. The product is proven and leads are coming in. You'll work next to the founder, take over the closing, and help build the sales function. This is a remote position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Amman, Jordan time.
What You'll Do
- Take deals from first meeting to signed contract with HR and talent leaders at UAE employers
- Run discovery like a consultant: understand how the employer hires and what they actually need
- Demo the platform and recommend the right solution
- Keep deals moving: follow up fast, build champions, and bring budget owners, IT, and finance in early
- Lead pricing, proposals, and negotiation
- Share what you learn with the SDR and growth teams to sharpen lead generation and the sales playbook
- Share frontline insights that shape our product roadmap and sales playbook
- Take on different responsibilities as needed, wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B software sales with ATS, HRMS, recruitment software, or HR tech as your core product
- A closing track record: you have owned a quota and hit it
- You understand recruitment and can talk sourcing, pipeline, and time to fill with a talent leader
- A problem solver who listens first, learns fast, and matches the solution to the customer's need
- An owner's mindset and real hustle: you take initiative without being asked
- Fluent English, spoken and written, and confident running demos and pricing discussions on video
- Experience selling to the GCC is a strong plus
- Independent, disciplined, and comfortable working UAE hours
Why Join Whitecarrot
- Competitive salary + uncapped commission
- Real ownership of how we sell, and a real chance to grow into a hybrid leadership role as the team grows
- Remote-first role with relocation opportunity to Dubai
- Direct work with the founder from day one
- Be part of an early team reimagining how employers hire
A note from our founder, Mridul
Right now, leads are coming in and I’m taking every call myself. I can’t give them the attention they deserve. Follow-ups slip and deals go quiet. That’s on me, not on the product.
I’m looking for someone who takes ownership, loves problem solving, and loves closing. You won’t be one of fifty salespeople on a team. You’ll work directly with me, run deals end to end, and help shape how we grow into a global business.
The product is proven, and most companies we speak to want to buy. What they need is someone to walk them through it: the right demo, the quick follow-up, getting their team comfortable. That’s the job.
If you’ve sold HR tech, want real ownership, and want to grow fast, I’d love to speak with you personally. This is one of the most important hires we’re making right now, and I’m committed to helping the right person succeed.
