About the Role
We are looking for a 360 Recruiter who can do it all. You will be responsible for finding new clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering results. This is not just a sourcing role or just a sales role. You will own the full cycle, from bringing in the business to closing the hire.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Philippines.
What You Will Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in UAE and KSA
- Understand client hiring needs and pitch our recruitment services
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for client roles
- Manage client relationships and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Work closely with the founding team to refine our outreach and delivery strategy
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at a staffing or recruitment agency
- Experience placing candidates in UAE or KSA market is a must
- Some exposure to business development or client-facing work
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Self-starter with a founder's mentality, someone who adapts fast and takes ownership
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
